What is a Horoscope?
A horoscope is a prediction or description of a person's supposed character, future, luck, relationships, or events based on the positions of the sun, moon, planets, and stars at a particular time, especially the time of a person's birth.
Horoscopes are part of astrology. Astrology teaches that the movements or positions of heavenly bodies can reveal or influence what will happen to people on earth.
What is Astrology?
Astrology is the belief and practice of studying the positions and movements of celestial bodies like the Sun, Moon, planets, and stars to interpret human characteristics and predict earthly events.

Although The Most High created the sun, moon and the stars , He does not give Israel permission to use the stars to determine a person's fortune, destiny, personality, or future.
The warnings given are as follows:-
Deuteronomy 4:19 And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the LORD thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven.
We are reminded that the sun, moon and stars are things that were created.
Isaiah 47:13 Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee.
14 Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it.
Wisdom of Solomon 13:1 Surely vain are all men by nature, who are ignorant of God, and could not out of the good things that are seen know him that is: neither by considering the works did they acknowledge the workmaster;
2But deemed either fire, or wind, or the swift air, or the circle of the stars, or the violent water, or the lights of heaven, to be the gods which govern the world.
Jeremiah 10:2 Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them
We ought not to adopt the heathen practice of interpreting heavenly signs as spiritual guidance or omens.
Stars cannot tell you who you are. Your personality or character is not determined by your zodiac sign. Your character is demonstrated through your choices, conduct, obedience, wisdom, and works.
2Kings 23:5 And he put down the idolatrous priests, whom the kings of Judah had ordained to burn incense in the high places in the cities of Judah, and in the places round about Jerusalem; them also that burned incense unto Baal, to the sun, and to the moon, and to the planets, and to all the host of heaven.

Proverbs 20:11 Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure, and whether it be right
Matthew 7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
The Most High is the only one who can tell the future
Isaiah 46:9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
The Most High condemns divination and observing times
Deuteronomy 18:10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.
11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord: and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
What about the wise men who followed the star to find Yahawashi, the messiah?
Matthew 2:2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.
Note that the wise men were responding to a specific sign associated with the birth of Yahawashi. Scripture never says they determined their personalities, fortunes, marriages, or futures from zodiac signs.
What about the constellations?
Job 38:31 Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion?
32 Canst thou bring forth Mazzaroth in his season? or canst thou guide Arcturus with his sons?
33 Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? canst thou set the dominion thereof in the earth?

We see in the above scripture that the emphasis is on The Most High's sovereignty over creation, not mankind using the stars to control or predict his/her destiny.
Ecclesiastes 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man
